The apartment sleeps 4/6 and has been sympathetically furnished, comprising a Double Room, Twin Room, W.C., Kitchen/Diner, Shower Room, Lounge with sofa bed, Leading to a 30m2 Terrace, with bbq & Terrace furniture.
The apartment is located near the famous "Pont de Diable" (a story for when you visit) and is within 5 mins walk of a Butcher, Baker,Fruit shop & General Store. Just a few strides further and you arrive in the Medieval centre of Ceret
The apartment makes a great base for either lounging around in the sun, Going for walks, up in the foothills of the Pyrenees or down to the river Tech. 25 minutes and you can reach the beach at Canet, St Cyprien, Argeles sur mer, Clos des Paulilles or Port Vendres. 20 minutes and you can be in the centre of Perpignan. 20 minutes and you are in another country (Spain). 1 1/2 and you turn back time as you arrive at the Medieval city of Carcassonne. 2 hours and you can even go piste bashing in the numerous ski resorts of the Pyrenees
The Apartment is located on the outskirts of the Market town of Ceret, in France's Catalan country. Ceret itself has been a big draw to visitors over the years due to its Medieval centre, association with famous artists and the local attitude to life.
From Apartment Palmier, you are close to all essential shops, with a Butcher, a Baker, Alimentation and Fruit & Veg shop. 10 minutes walk and you reach the Medieval centre of the town, bustling with many shops, cafes, restaurants and the Musee d'Art Moderne.
Oh and I nearly forgot, hop in the car for 40 minutes and you arrive in the coastal Town of Collioure with its Majorcan Fort, stunning Church, Galleries.....
